Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 24, 2026

Pre-release legal draft: This revision is awaiting review by qualified California counsel and must not be promoted to production until the owner approves that review gate.

MapMyWater is working to make its public website and application usable by people with diverse abilities, devices, and assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing product practice, not a one-time certification.

Current approach

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA through clear structure and labels, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, readable contrast, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, text alternatives where practical, and understandable errors. Interactive map tasks can be inherently visual; exported tables and structured asset records may provide alternatives for some workflows.

Need assistance?

If a feature, document, or support channel creates an accessibility barrier, email support@mapmywater.com with the page or task, the barrier, and your preferred format or accommodation. Please do not include passwords, sign-in links, or sensitive property data. We will make a good-faith effort to provide reasonable assistance.

Feedback

We welcome specific accessibility feedback and prioritize issues based on user impact, safety, and available remedies. This statement does not claim conformance with a particular standard unless separately documented by a completed audit.
