MapMyWater Refund Policy

Automatic renewal
Unless checkout or a signed order form states otherwise, a paid subscription automatically renews at the displayed frequency and the saved payment method is charged until cancellation. Checkout controls exact price, frequency, and quantity.
How to cancel
Cancel through the Stripe billing portal from Billing. If unavailable, email support@mapmywater.com from the account address with the workspace name. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and normally leaves paid access through the current period.
Refund reviews
Processed charges are not automatically refundable because access is provisioned for the billing period. We review timely requests involving duplicates, billing errors, unauthorized charges after reasonable verification, or confirmed material service-access failures. We may deny ordinary post-use cancellation, unused time, violations, or circumstances outside our control, except where law or a signed agreement requires otherwise.
One-time project packages
A project package is a one-time purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. Each package adds the displayed active-property entitlement and editing window. Unless checkout states otherwise, expiration of the editing window does not create another charge. Refund requests are reviewed under the same standards above.
Price, quantity, and data
Subscription quantity changes may alter the recurring total shown before confirmation in Stripe. Project-package quantity changes alter only the displayed one-time total. Future subscription changes receive notice when required; taxes may apply. Export needed reports and backups before access ends. Retention follows the Privacy Policy, Terms, backups, holds, and signed agreements.
Request review
Email account address, workspace, invoice date, amount, and explanation to support. Never email full card numbers or sign-in links. This policy does not limit nonwaivable rights.
